📅 30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn or unused

  • In its original packaging

  • With all tags attached

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Please note: Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away at aurabymsa@gmail.com so we can make it right.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Personal care products (e.g. beauty or hygiene items)

  • Hazardous materials or flammable items

  • Sale items or gift cards

🔄 Exchanges
To exchange an item, please process it as a return first. Once your return is accepted, you may place a new order for the desired item.

🇪🇺 EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders delivered within the European Union, you’re entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

As with all returns, items must be:

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

  • With tags and proof of purchase

💰 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the refund approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
